Training in Syros (Flipped Learning 3.0)

In the frame of the “Flipped Adult Education” Project, the project team will implement a training for trainers of the organizations focusing on the Flipped Learning 3.0 Framework. Peter Mazohl, holding a Flipped Learning Master’s II degree, will be responsible for the training.

This picture is taken from the computer screen watching Jon Bergman explaining the major items of the Flipped Learning framework. The course can be booked here: /learn.flglobal.org/

He is currently reflecting material from the course offered by the FLGlobal. The approach is well-described in the framework as “Reflecting”, an item of the 187 Global Elements of Efficient Flipped Learning (from the family of the Group Space Mastering).

Going deeper into the framework shows that it is not necessary to learn to teach in a new way – many things teachers have well-done in serious teaching are part of the framework. The reason is that experts worldwide have selected the “best practice teaching elements” and created the framework out of this selection.

In the training in Syros trainers from Adult Education organizations with different background (teachers, university professors, lectors at universities, psychologists, teachers, IT-experts) will take part at the training.
